Peartree Lodge Waterside provides 39 en-suite comfortable rooms with free hi-speed wireless internet in all guest bedrooms and public areas.
We have the follwing room types:
Double rooms - 1 x King size bed
Twin rooms - 2 x single beds
Family rooms rooms (2 full rooms: 1 x double room and 1 x twin room with inter-connecting doors between them).

We provide a free car parking space for all our 39 rooms on a first come, first serve basis.
Half of the rooms have views of the Milton Keynes Barge Marina.

Each bathroom has en-suite shower or bath/shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and a heated towel rail.
Our bedrooms all have tea and coffee making facilities, fride & Microwave, new 32” HD colour flat screen TV with freeview channels, large mirrors, a wardrobe and desk, hair dryer, ironing station, USB plug sockets by the bed.
Fridge & Micrwoave, Plates, Cutlery, Glasses in every room.
Room Check in time is anytime from 3pm.
Reception is 24 hours.
